These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 8k88 platform. By registering and playing, you agree to the rules set out below. Please read this page fully before creating an account or placing any bets in Philippine Peso.
By accessing or using the 8k88 platform — including the website at 8k88.uk and any associated mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 8k88.
If you register an account, you additionally confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and your own. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension or termination.
These Terms and Conditions apply alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated here by reference. Please read all three documents before using the platform.
The 8k88 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
8k88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the platform. Account access may be suspended pending verification. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable procedures.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 8k88. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. This information is used for account verification and to process withdrawal requests. 8k88 may require additional verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when required by the platform's compliance procedures.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 8k88 uses OTP (One-Time Password) verification and SSL encryption to help protect your account, but account security also depends on how you manage your login details.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 8k88 support team at [email protected] immediately. 8k88 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
All financial transactions on the 8k88 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 8k88 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. Deposits made in a different currency are not supported.
Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed within your account and may include Philippine bank transfers and local e-wallets. The specific methods available to you, along with any applicable minimum or maximum transaction amounts, are shown at the time of transaction. 8k88 may update the list of supported payment methods from time to time without prior notice.
If a deposit is made in error or under disputed circumstances, contact support at [email protected] as soon as possible. 8k88 is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to player error.
8k88 offers multiple gaming categories including slot games, live casino tables, sports betting, and other categories as made available from time to time. Each category and individual game may have its own specific rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and payout structures. These are displayed within the game or betting interface.
All slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino games are operated in real time and are subject to the rules of the game as presented by the live dealer. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant event as confirmed by official sources.
Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the platform are binding. 8k88 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including — but not limited to — technical errors, data feed failures, manifest pricing errors, or where there is evidence of collusion or match manipulation. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.
Players accept that all games on 8k88 involve financial risk. No game or bet on the platform carries a guaranteed outcome or guaranteed return. The platform retains a house edge or margin across all game categories, which means that over time, the platform is mathematically likely to retain a portion of total wagers. Individual sessions can and do result in wins.
8k88 may offer promotions, bonuses, and other incentive programmes to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, or other campaign types. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed with the offer.
Current promotions can be viewed on the Promotions page. If you have questions about the terms of a specific promotion, contact support before opting in.
8k88 is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Players should approach gaming as a leisure activity and set a PHP budget that they are comfortable spending, understanding that losses are possible and may be the outcome of any session.
Players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming guidance available on the Responsible Gaming page, which includes recommendations on setting time and budget limits, recognising signs of problem gambling, and seeking support when needed.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that:
8k88 does not guarantee wins, promise specific return rates, or make any representation that gaming on the platform will result in profit.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8k88 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8k88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
8k88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functions correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 8k88's reasonable control. 8k88 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime.

8k88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and platform use — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and transaction history — may be used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the improvement of platform services. 8k88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
All data transmitted between your device and the 8k88 platform is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. 8k88 implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
8k88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. In some cases, 8k88 may notify registered users of significant changes through in-platform notifications or by email.
Your continued use of the 8k88 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
If you have questions about these Terms and Conditions, need clarification on any section, or want to raise a concern about your account, you can contact the 8k88 support team by email at [email protected]. Support is available in English.

These six points are the core of what every 8k88 player should know before playing.
8k88 is strictly for players who are 21 years old and above. Age verification is required at registration and may be requested again during account review. Underage accounts are closed immediately upon discovery.
Every deposit and withdrawal on 8k88 is processed in Philippine Peso. Supported payment methods include Philippine bank transfers and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for gaming transactions.
Each player may hold one active account on 8k88. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Maintaining multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a breach of these terms.
All bonuses and promotions on 8k88 come with specific terms, including wagering requirements and eligible games. Read each offer's terms before opting in. Promotion abuse leads to forfeiture of bonus funds.
You are responsible for your own login credentials. 8k88 uses SSL encryption and OTP verification to protect accounts, but sharing your password with others puts your account and PHP balance at risk.
8k88 does not guarantee wins or promise returns. All games carry financial risk. Set a PHP budget, play within it, and treat every session as entertainment. Full guidance is available on the Responsible Gaming page.
Now that you've reviewed the Terms and Conditions, you can create your free 8k88 account. Register, explore the game library, and play in PHP with local payment methods across the Philippines.
